Our amazing #TeamInchbrae in Aberdeen are on the lookout for a new female colleague to join them on a permanent, full-time (39 hours per week) basis.

If you're caring, positive, and enjoy spending time with people, this could be the rewarding career move you've been looking for.

You'll join a friendly, welcoming team supporting three amazing people (two ladies and a gentleman) who all have learning and physical disabilities and live together in their own shared home.

It's a lovely, homely environment, complete with a dedicated sensory room, and you'll quickly become part of a close-knit team where every day is different.

Alongside supporting with all aspects of daily life, you'll help the people we support to enjoy the things they love and make the most of their lives.

You don't need previous care experience, we're more interested in who you are than what's already on your CV.

We'll provide you with fully paid training and all the practical skills you need to build a rewarding career in Health & Social Care.

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual, the shifts will fall into patterns of early mornings (from 0700 hours), days, and evenings. Weekends, waking nights, sleepovers, and public holidays will also form part of your work schedule on a rotational basis.

When working a sleepover, the sleep part of your shift isn’t included in your contracted hours. You receive £107.60 per sleepover worked.
