Do you have a caring nature, a great sense of fun and a passion for supporting others? You could be just the person we’re looking for!
Our lovely #TeamNLStrathclyde in Airdrie are looking for a female Support Practitioner to join their team on a permanent, part-time (24 hours per week) basis supporting a lady to live independently, stay connected with her community and enjoy the things that make her happy.
Every day is different, and you’ll play an important part in making sure she can continue doing the things she loves. From getting out and about in the local community, to getting creative with arts and crafts, cooking healthy and nutritious meals, or enjoying some well-deserved self-care with trips to get her hair and nails done there’s always something to look forward to!
This role is about more than providing support. It’s about building a genuine connection, encouraging independence and helping someone enjoy a happy, fulfilling life.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
