Looking for a new part-time job where you can make a real difference and be that person that someone can rely on?

You're in luck as our amazing #TeamCraigie in Perth are now on the lookout for a caring and reliable individual to join them on a part-time (16 hours per week) basis. This is a fixed-term opportunity until February 2027.

As a Support Practitioner you'll become part of a friendly team who provides invaluable support to a fun-loving gentleman with complex needs in his own home.

You'll build a genuine relationship with him and be part of moments that really matter; whether it's providing support to tend to his garden, achieve a goal, try something new or just feel understood.

In addition to supporting with all aspects of his daily living, you'll also help him to enjoy his hobbies and interests too, including day trips, gardening, full-scale modelling, and classic cars.

Being a Support Practitioner is more than just a job, there's no better feeling than going home after every shift knowing that you've made a positive difference in someone's life.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll pay you for your training and will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and SSSC registration fees too!

As the gentleman that we support has his own mobility car, it would be great if you bring a full UK manual driving license, but this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
