Are you currently looking for a new part-time job that will bring satisfaction like no other?

Look no further as we have some great opportunities to join our fantastic #TeamMoray in Elgin as Support Practitioners on a part-time (20, 25 or 30 hours per week), permanent basis.

The role

At Cornerstone, everything we do is centred around supporting individuals to live the life they choose. We work alongside the people we support to help them identify their goals and develop personalised support plans that reflect their choices, needs and abilities.

As a Support Practitioner, you’ll help individuals manage their own homes, build, maintain and increase their independence, and support them with their personal care, as well as their social, health and wellbeing needs.

No two days are the same. The people we support all have their own personal hobbies, interests and aspirations, so we’re looking for someone who can bring creativity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. You’ll support individuals to take part in meaningful activities, enjoy their hobbies and access opportunities both at home and within their local communities.

Being a Support Practitioner is more than just a job, it’s a rewarding career where you can go home each day knowing you’ve made a genuine difference in someone’s life.

About You

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
