Join our amazing #TeamPackman in Buckie as a female Support Practitioner (20 hours per week)

Meet the team and person you'll support

One of the best things about this role is that no two shifts are ever the same!

You'll be part of a friendly team providing personalised support to a fun-loving lady who lives in her own home in Buckie. Your role will be all about helping her live life on her own terms, maintain her independence and enjoy the things that matter most to her.

You'll provide support with everyday tasks such as managing finances, medication, cooking and household chores, while also encouraging and supporting her to get out and about and enjoy her favourite activities.

And there's plenty of fun to be had! Her interests include:

  • Going out for meals and enjoying a mocktail or two
  • Bingo nights
  • Trips to the cinema
  • Pamper days
  • Football
  • Live music at the local pub

The lady we support does have her own mobility car, so we will need you to bring a full UK manual driving licence with a minimum of one year's experience on the roads.

Shift patterns

As we are dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shifts currently fall into patterns of early mornings, days and evenings. Weekends and sleepovers will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours. You will receive an additional payment of £107.60 for every sleepover shift that you work!

If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
