This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people, and in return we offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

At Highfield Terrace, we provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where young people can build confidence, develop independence and gain the skills they need to successfully transition into adulthood. Our dedicated team works alongside young people to support them in achieving positive outcomes in education, training, employment and independent living.

Through personalised support, practical life skills development and our accredited in-house independent living programme, Lifewise, we empower young people to develop the resilience, knowledge and confidence needed to achieve their goals and build a positive future. Highfield Terrace offers more than accommodation; we provide a place where young people can feel at home, thrive and reach their full potential.

The Role

We are looking for moderate and resilient Support & Progression Officer's to join our team. You will play a key role assisting young people to achieve positive outcomes, maintain their tenancy, and move towards independent living.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
