An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 9-month secondment within the East Mental Health Senior Leadership Team.

This role offers an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to enhance their skills and experience within a busy and supportive administration environment. The successful candidate will provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support to the East Senior Leadership Team.

This is a fixed term/secondment for 9 months until 30/06/2027 to cover maternity leave. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.

Main Duties of the Job

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising meetings
  • Preparing agendas and meeting papers
  • Taking and distributing minutes
  • Arranging room bookings
  • Processing invoices
  • Managing daily diaries

The post holder will work closely with senior managers and will have direct reporting responsibilities to the Administration Manager. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
