Location: Durham (Full-time in office)

Hours: 37 hours/week (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

Salary: GBP25,878 per annum + discretionary bonus up to 8%


The Role

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Support Services Administrator to keep our local regional office running efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for office support, facilities, and general administrative needs in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintenance, supplies, and contractor/landlord communications.
  • Coordinate desk bookings, equipment, and facilities for joiners and leavers.
  • Book and manage travel and accommodation requests.
  • Perform routine compliance checks and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Provide administrative support for company sustainability and social value initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a facilities, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.
  • A proactive, flexible team player with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Desirable: First Aid and Fire Warden certification.
