BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Support Services Administrator to join our FM segment of the business. Based out of our offices in Salford. Working 37.5 Hours per week Monday - to Friday.

The role

The role of the Support Services Administrator will be to co-ordinate, schedule and manage PPM activates including sub-contractor management, service PO renewals, co-ordination with site teams, collation and upload of service reports and compliance reporting to site management.

Making Possible

Duties will include (not limited to):

  • Provide support to the Facilities Management team.
  • Generate, schedule and complete PPM tasks to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors to arrange attendance & chase for reports to complete tasks.
  • Daily monitoring of outstanding work and progress to completion.
  • Service Purchase order generation.
  • Generation of weekly outstanding task reports for all sites.
  • Review outstanding PO’s for previous service years and chase for updates and complete.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly client reports (first draft to be issued 1st working day of each month).
  • Ad hoc tasks as and when required.
  • General admin support/duties.
