Salary: Up to £32,700
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Aldershot

Your Role

  • Manage day-to-day coordination of support service suppliers, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual requirements and company procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the Support Services Manager, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking, purchase orders, and record keeping.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, partners, and suppliers, resolving enquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain training records, briefing registers, operational reports, newsletters, and performance documentation.
  • Support health, safety, and compliance activities through audits, assessments, reporting, and maintenance of supplier documentation.
  • Coordinate waste, recycling, and specialist disposal services across the Garrison, including monitoring service delivery and associated records.
  • Support supplier performance meetings, customer communications, events, visits, and wider departmental activities as required.
  • Provide cover for Office Services supervision when required and maintain stock control for stationery and commodities.
  • Assist with recruitment activities and undertake additional duties as reasonably required by management.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths, with strong IT literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A full clean driving licence and IOSH Managing Safely Certificate (or equivalent) are essential.

Experience:

  • Proven experience providing administrative support within a demanding, performance-driven environment. Experience managing stakeholders, handling customer enquiries, and supporting operational service delivery is essential. The ability to work flexibly, use initiatives, and maintain high standards of organisation is required.
