Job Title: Support Services Manager
Location: Cefn Carnau Hospital
Job Overview:
Do you have experience in either an administrative role or a customer service role? Join Cefn Carnau Hospital as a Support Services Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of administrative and support services across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the provision of a high-quality, efficient and reliable administration service.
- Support the smooth operation of the hospital.
- Lead the Administration Team and maintain effective office systems.
- Provide operational support across a wide range of functions including governance, training compliance, facilities management, and fleet administration.
- Coordinate administrative processes and manage correspondence.
- Prepare reports and minutes and support governance activities.
- Ensure records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Oversee purchasing processes, raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and processing invoices efficiently.
- Support compliance and operational effectiveness across the hospital.
- Coordinate staff training requirements and maintain accurate training records.
- Oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) administration.
- Support the management of the site's vehicles and driver records.
- Provide support with financial administration, including patient funds processes, petty cash management, and associated record keeping.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 4 GCSEs, grade C or above, or equivalent (including English and Maths)
- Word Processing Qualification (desirable)
- Business Administration NVQ or equivalent (desirable)
