Your Role
We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our team, with a focus on data products. You'll be responsible for working directly with clients from various organizations, potentially including those who play in notable competitions such as the Spanish LaLiga, French Ligue 1, English Premier League and others. As a team, our goal is to understand our clients' pain points and help them make the most of our solutions.
Location
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in London/Barcelona, and are available to work from our office at least three days per week.

Must-Haves
- Data fluent. Skilled in Python or R for coding, with strong SQL abilities for data cleaning and manipulation.
- Client-focused communicator. Whether it is over video conferences or emails, you confidently engage with users, listen with empathy, and explain solutions clearly while keeping a human touch.
- Problem solver. You approach challenges through the client’s perspective, troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, and take ownership in delivering reliable, game-changing support.
- Team player. You thrive in dynamic environments, remain flexible with schedules and communication channels, and actively partner with product teams to advocate for customer needs and share insights.
- Multilingual. You can speak English and at least one other European language fluently.
Nice-to-Haves
- Certified. You hold education or certification in data analytics or big data in sport.
- Sports analytics expert. You combine experience with machine learning and advanced statistical methods, hands-on work with sports datasets from providers like StatsBomb, and the ability to transform insights into clear visuals using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Video-savvy. You have hands-on experience with video analysis tools like Sportscode, Wyscout, Mediacoach, or similar platforms.
- Experienced in tech support. As our users' first point of contact, it’s a plus if you’ve had a previous role where you answered calls and emails that ranged from how-to questions to technical troubleshooting.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
Base Salary Range
£27,000 - £35,000 GBP
