About the Role
Do you have a wealth of knowledge in technical procedures and systems along with experience in managing a high performing team?
This role includes supporting our technical team, which will involve creating detailed show reports, stage plans, schedules for technical support team, to ensure smooth running of day/evening entertainments. As well as Running technical and dress rehearsals alongside the director.

Working with our amazing team you will liaise with all parties involved with the production and entertainment leadership team to deliver all our shows to the high Butlins standard.
This is a physically demanding role, manual labour will be involved, to include but not limited to: lifting and carrying equipment and sets (including the unloading and loading of vehicles) as well as acting as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers.
Throughout your shift you will ensure the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties, including implement health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidates with experience in the entertainments industry, including at least 2 years in stage management and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem solving attitude, with an ability to work to deadlines.
- A committed team player who is flexible, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional product and service.
