Join Our Team: Support Team Member (Edinburgh)
Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking for an opportunity to build a career in the legal sector? We are looking for a Support Team Member to join our Legal Administration Team in Edinburgh. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping our teams and office running smoothly. Previous legal experience is not essential: if you bring strong administrative skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn, we will provide the training and support you need to develop.

About the Role
As a Support Team Member, you will provide a broad range of administrative and practical support to help our legal teams and Edinburgh office operate efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential administrative support across our personal injury teams.
- Typing legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Managing correspondence and maintaining files, ensuring accurate and well-organised records.
- Assisting with the preparation of court documents and keeping case management systems up to date.
- Handling telephone calls professionally and responding to queries where appropriate.
- Supporting diary management, scheduling and general office coordination.
- Assisting with document handling, deliveries, and a variety of day-to-day office support and shared operational tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For
- Administrative Experience: A minimum of one year’s administrative experience in any office environment is required. Legal administration experience is advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisation & Prioritisation: The ability to manage competing tasks, meet deadlines and keep work organised.
- IT Skills: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience of case management systems is helpful but not essential.
- Attention to Detail: A careful and accurate approach to administrative work.
- Professionalism & Discretion: The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Positive Team Approach: A proactive, flexible attitude and a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the wider office.
Location: This is a full-time, office-based role in Edinburgh. Applicants must be able to commute to our Edinburgh office on a full-time basis (Monday – Friday).
Core Hours
- Monday-Thursday: 8.45am - 4.45pm
- Friday: 8.45am - 4.15pm
