Support Technician – Laser Systems
Location: Mix of office and field based (UK)
Salary: £30 - 35k plus Monthly performance bonus
Reports to: Head of support services
About Lotus Laser Systems
Lotus Laser Systems designs, builds and supports industrial laser marking, engraving and cutting systems from our UK headquarters in Basildon. We supply both standard and bespoke laser solutions to customers across a wide range of industries.
We're looking for a practical, customer-focused Support Technician to join our growing technical team.
The Role
You'll join a team which supports our customers across the UK. Helping customers keep their equipment operating safely and efficiently. The role combines working with our clients either onsite or remotely.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission new laser systems.
- Carry out planned maintenance and repairs.
- Remote customer support.
About You
You'll have a good friendly customer focus, ability to learn and work as part of a team. Happy to work on the road or office based. Located within easy commute to our office.
Essential:
- Fault-finding experience on equipment.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Good IT, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK (with occasional overnight stays).
- Full UK driving licence.
