The The Wilf Ward Family Trust is a well-established, values-driven charity, and due to the continued growth of our services, we are expanding our teams across Scarborough. As a result, exciting new Support Worker opportunities have arisen, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join us in supporting people to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.
This is a varied and rewarding role. Some days are calm, while others are busy and fast-paced — and that variety is what makes the role meaningful and fulfilling.

At The Heart Of Everything We Do Is Person-centred Support For Individuals With Learning Disabilities, Autism, And Other Complex Needs. You Will
- Support individuals to socialise and take part in community activities
- Provide practical and personal care, including household tasks
- Support with life skills such as shopping and money management
- Deliver individualised support plans that promote independence
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance
