Job Title

Reporting to: Deputy Manager

We're looking for a passionate Support Worker to join the team at Your Place, supporting residents affected by homelessness and other complex needs to build independence, stability and positive futures. The role involves managing a caseload, delivering one-to-one key-work, developing support plans, working with partner agencies, and helping residents access services, training, employment and move-on opportunities.
