Who are we looking for?
Key Duties
As a Support Assistant, you will help people living with dementia to live well, maintain their independence, and enjoy a good quality of life. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, promoting their emotional, physical, social and mental wellbeing. This includes supporting people with personal care, nutrition, medication, daily living tasks, and meaningful activities, while encouraging choice, dignity, independence and connection with their community.

Week commencing 14th September 2026.
