Support Worker: Kidderminster
Nurse Seekers are recruiting Support Workers to join a friendly supported living team in Kidderminster, supporting adults to live more independently and achieve the things that matter to them.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll provide person-centred support, promote independence and help the people you support live a meaningful life on their own terms.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Supporting individuals with daily living, cooking, shopping and household tasks
- Encouraging independence, confidence and life skills
- Supporting with medication and health appointments where required
- Helping individuals access activities, education, employment and the wider community
- Building positive relationships with the people you support, their families and wider teams
- Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding, health and safety and care procedures
