About Creative Support
Creative Support is seeking warm, reliable, and proactive Support Workers for our supported living services in Stockport. We provide person-centred care and support to enable people with a learning disability to enjoy active and fulfilled lives.
Role Responsibilities
- Support service users by providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks at home and varied activities in the community.
- Develop trusting relationships with the people we support and their families.
- Use personalised communication approaches.
- Some of the people we support have health or behaviour support needs and will need your skilled support to maintain their health and wellbeing.
Role Requirements
- You will be expected to use personalised communication approaches and to develop trusting relationships with the people we support and their families.
- We can offer a choice of full-time and part-time hours.
- You must be willing to cover various shift patterns (early and late shifts) depending on the needs of the people we support, across a 7-day rota.
- You must be able to uphold the dignity and rights of the people we support and adhere to our ‘We Care’ Values.
- We aim to be Welcoming, Empowering, Compassionate, Aspirational, Respectful, and Effective.
