Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team as a bank staff. We are a 7-bed residential home. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Duties

  • Assist clients with daily living activities ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Support with activities in the community.
  • Support with cooking meals.
  • Support with medical appointments as required.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects.
  • Support clients with mobility and engage in heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting independence and dignity for all clients.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance care skills as required.
