Support Worker

£13.50 per hour
Hours: 10hrs per week
Location: TF11, Telford (Shifnal Area)

Love the outdoors, countryside walks, and creating meaningful moments? Join us as a Support Worker and help someone enjoy the things they love every day.

We’re looking for a kind, patient, and enthusiastic Support Worker to support a gentleman in his late 30s to enjoy life, explore his interests, and take part in activities that bring him happiness.

Meet Our Client

Our client is a gentleman in his late 30s who is autistic and lives at home with his loving family. He is non-verbal and requires support with communication, personal care, and daily living. He benefits from a patient, consistent, and person-centred approach.

He enjoys being outdoors, going on long countryside walks, attending family events, visiting local attractions, and taking part in fundraising and community activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fresh air, exploring new places, and making a genuine difference, while supporting him to build confidence, independence, and enjoy meaningful experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
