Job Description
Location: Oakvale Manor, 44 Fortwilliam Park
We have vacancies for dedicated support staff to join our team in Oakvale Manor, North Belfast.
The service will be supporting our service users to live a full and valued life.
Job type – Full time or Part time, permanent
Hours - Day/Night duty
Salary – £12.71 - £13.50 (depending on experience)

About The Role
About the role
As a Support Worker, you will work with the service user to help them live life to the full.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team to provide the highest quality, person-centred care and adhere to the PBS Plan.
- Assist the service user with daily living activities and personal care whilst promoting independence, respect and dignity.
- Support the service user's physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Promote best practice in relation to health & safety, confidentiality and security. Care will be carried out under the supervision/direction of a Team Leader and Senior Support Worker.
Ideal Candidate
- Caring and friendly nature to help create a homely environment for our service user.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Experience in a care background is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
