Support Worker
Location: Llanelli SA14 7PW
Salary: Up to £14.42 per hour; overtime opportunities
Contract: Full-time and part-time available
Shift Pattern: Days, nights and weekends

You will support adults with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism to live meaningful, fulfilling lives in their home within our well-equipped residential homes.

What You will Be Doing
Every day will be different, but your role may include:
- Supporting people with daily living activities
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Assisting with community activities, hobbies and interests
- Providing emotional and behavioural support
- Supporting with personal care when required, and promoting dignity and choice in all areas of someone’s day
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals

Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work flexibly across a rota including weekends
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Previous experience working within care or support services
- QCF Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification
- Experience supporting people with complex needs, autism or learning disabilities
You do not need previous care experience to join our team. We are looking for caring, motivated individuals with the right values and a genuine desire to make a difference. Through our comprehensive training and ongoing support, we will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the role.
