Support Worker

Location: Stirling, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire
Contract Type: Zero-hour contract. Part-Time and Full-time hours available
Salary: £13.72 an hour

Role Criteria

We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Alva.

The successful Support Workers will support in a range of tasks such as; household tasks and maintenance of tenancy, personal care, support with medication, nutrition, and activities. Some of our service users like to complete activities such as:

  • Art and crafts
  • Bowling
  • Going for journeys in the car
  • Outdoor and Indoor sport activities
  • Activities based at the Alva Office
  • Swimming
  • Coffee mornings

We have a range of different service users ranging from 1 hour support up to 24-hour support packages with various shift patterns.

Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis on the fact that our customers are individuals. At Mears Supported Living, we feel everyone deserves to be treated as such.
