At Liaise, we are inspired by our values of Positive, Progressive, and Personal support. As a growing and established provider, we're excited to have opened a brand-new service supporting six individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Two female individuals have already moved into their new home, and we're currently completing assessments for the remaining vacancies to ensure we continue to build a compatible, supportive, and person-centred environment for everyone who lives there.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping people live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives by:
- Supporting individuals with everyday routines and personal outcomes using the training and guidance provided.
- Encouraging people to enjoy hobbies, social activities, family visits, holidays, and experiences within their local community.
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing every day.
- Accurately completing care records and documentation to ensure the highest standards of support.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to provide exceptional person-centred care.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a care or support setting with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables people to live happy, fulfilling lives. You'll also have:
- A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and your responsibilities in protecting vulnerable adults.
- Good judgement and the confidence to make informed decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety.
- A desire to learn, develop, and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.
