About The Role
Support Worker - £13.45 to £13.75 per hour dependant on experience and qualifications
Full and part-time hours available
Plus an annual location allowance of £1500

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with each individual, getting to know their needs, goals, and preferences, so you can provide truly personalised support—helping them live active, fulfilling, and valued lives every day.
- Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
- Providing support during recreational activities, outings, and community integration – this includes swimming, cycling, rugby/football, rock climbing, surfing, and running.
- Promoting independence, self-esteem, confidence, and celebrating their achievements and milestones.
- Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
- General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

We are looking for people who care and have:
- A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs.
- A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team.
- Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
- A full UK driving licence – essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities.
- The right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining on your visa (if applicable).
- No experience needed — just passion, patience, and commitment!
