Senior Support Worker & Support Worker – Stanley House, Crewe

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Pay:

  • £13.95 per hour – Senior Support Worker
  • £13.45 per hour – Support Worker

Hours: 20–40 hours per week

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to join our brand-new Supported Living Service, Stanley House in Crewe.

Located in the heart of Crewe, Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living for 12 adults aged 18 and over, across 10 self-contained flats and 2 adapted bungalows.

The roles

⭐ Senior Support Worker

£13.95 per hour | 40 hours per week

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll take a key role in supporting the people we support while helping colleagues deliver consistently high-quality, person-centred support.

  • You’ll help with the day-to-day running of the service
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues
  • Promote best practice
  • Ensure the people we support are safe, respected and empowered

💙 Support Worker

£13.45 per hour | 20 or 40 hours per week

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical health needs.

You’ll support individuals to:

  • Develop independence and practical life skills
  • Take part in activities within the service and local community
  • Achieve their personal goals and aspirations
  • Make meaningful choices about their lives
  • Build confidence and develop new skills
  • Stay safe and maintain their wellbeing

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Positive, motivated and passionate about supporting others
  • Caring and person-centred in their approach
  • Self-motivated, reliable and committed
  • Good communicators and listeners
  • Committed to promoting independence and improving people's lives
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, particularly for the Senior Support Worker position.
