We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals to remain as independent as possible by using a strengths-based approach to assess their needs. You will need to be an excellent communicator, a good listener and have reasonable I.T. skills

You will visit individuals in the community, in the hospital and in various bedded settings in Bedford and surrounding areas and will require a UK Driving licence and suitably insured vehicle.
