About The Role

Support Worker – Adult Residential Support

Gowerton, Swansea

Full Time – 39 hrs per week + sleep-ins

£13.45 - £13.75 per hour + £57 per sleep-in

(Driver essential)

  • Supporting adults with their physical, emotional, and social needs in a nurturing environment.
  • Being a positive role model and promoting confidence, wellbeing, and independence.

  • Keeping accurate records of progress, support provided, behaviours, and incidents.

Who We're Looking For

  • Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • A driver with a full UK licence (essential for supporting individuals with appointments, activities, and community access).

Previous care experience is helpful, but not essential. If you have the right values, we'll provide all the training you need.
