Role Description
This full-time Support Worker role is an on-site position based in The Lanarkshire area. North and south.
The Support Worker will provide person-centered care and support to individuals with diverse needs, including assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. Responsibilities include:

The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support and a safe, respectful environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a Support Worker or in a similar care or social support role
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, including active listening and clear, respectful interaction
- Knowledge of Safeguarding practices and commitment to promoting the safety, rights, and dignity of individuals
- Ability to use basic Technical Support tools relevant to care settings (e.g., electronic care records, communication devices)
- Understanding of Autism Spectrum Condition, learning disabilities, and physical or complex care needs (training or practical experience preferred)
- Reliability, patience, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development, including care certificates or equivalent qualifications
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills; relevant vocational qualification in health and social care is an advantage
