About Pinetree Lodge

Pinetree Lodge supports older adults with a diagnosis of dementia who, because of this organic brain disease, have behaviors that challenge which means they are unable to live in the wider community. Our team of experienced Registered Nurses & Support Workers led by Clinical Leads work closely to undertake assessments to provide person centered therapeutic interventions to minimize any risks associated with these behaviors. Our support workers also deliver personal care such as washing and dressing, assisting with eating and drinking if required.

The role of the support worker is an exciting opportunity to deliver positive change to the people we serve. This involves spending time observing and listening to service users and their families to identify any unmet needs we then develop strategies in order minimize the impact of behaviours that challenge. Working as part of the team, support workers play a vital part of a resident’s care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
