Support Worker (5 Positions)
Location: Falkirk, working across Stirlingshire area
Salary: £24,479 per annum
35 Hours per week (also willing to consider part-time workers, 18 or 24 hours per week)
Permanent Contract
Additional Requirement:
- Successful candidates will be required to register with the Scottish Social Security Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting.
- Candidates are required to have the Right to Work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. Mileage paid.

What a day in the life of a Service Support Worker involves:
- Providing personal, emotional, and practical support to adults in their own homes or community.
- Supporting service users with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, meal prep, and medication.
- Liaising with health and social care professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Promoting safety and wellbeing through risk assessments and welfare checks.
To be a successful Service Support Worker, what you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, respectful approach.
- Experience supporting people with physical, sensory, or mental health needs.
- Knowledge of community care resources and risk assessments.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a willingness to register with the SSSC.
