Support Independence, Every Day

We are seeking a Support Worker who brings patience, reliability, and a calm, positive approach to their work. This is a rewarding 1:1 role supporting a young adult with complex needs to live a fulfilling and supported life at home and in the community.

Meet Our Client

You will be supporting a young adult living at home with their parents in the Rotherham area. They require 2:1 support due to complex physical, learning, and communication needs associated with rare genetic conditions and Autism. They can sometimes present with challenging behaviour and benefit from a calm, consistent, and structured approach. They enjoy attending a day service during the week where they take part in activities such as swimming, bowling, cooking, and outings. At home, they enjoy listening to music on their iPad and have strong attachments to familiar routines and meaningful items. Building trust, understanding their communication style, and supporting them in a positive and engaging way is key to this role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
