Support Worker – Beech Tree Farm, Swansea

Full Time | 39 hours and sleep-ins

£13.45 - £13.75 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) | £57 per sleep-in

What You'll Do

Your day at Beech Tree Farm will be packed with hands-on, meaningful support work, including:

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and uplifting environment
  • Being a dependable and positive role model
  • Encouraging independence through activities, routines, and daily support
  • Working closely with your team to provide person-centred care and support
  • Keeping clear and accurate records
  • Supporting household tasks and meal preparation
  • Providing gentle and respectful personal care when required, helping the people we support feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for

What You'll Need

We'd love to welcome you to Priority Childcare if you bring:

  • A resilient, can-do attitude
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • A valid UK driver's licence
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and flexibility
  • A willingness to learn if you're new to support work

This role involves working with vulnerable adults, so an Enhanced DBS check will be required.
