Are you passionate about making a positive difference to children, young people and their families?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Support Worker to join our Community Paediatrics Service. Although based in Luton, you will work with children, young people and families across Bedfordshire and Luton in a range of settings, including clinics, schools, homes and community venues.

We work with neurodivergent children and young people and those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), supporting families through early intervention, practical advice, specialist pathways and partnership working.

  • Support the delivery of behaviour, sleep and toileting support strategies, contribute to our Neurodiversity Early Awareness pathway, facilitate parent and carer workshops, and work alongside families and professionals to help children and young people access support that meets their individual strengths and needs.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and compassionate, with a genuine commitment to supporting children and families. Training, support and development opportunities will be provided.

If you are looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can develop new skills and make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
