About The Role

Support Worker – Port Talbot, £13.45 to £13.75 per hour | Full Time (40.25 hrs)

At Coed Parc House in Cwmavon (near Port Talbot), you’ll be part of a warm, supportive team working in a modern service where every individual has their own self-contained apartment designed around their needs. This is your chance to be part of something special.

As a Support Worker, You Will

  • Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities.
  • Build strong, positive relationships that help individuals grow in confidence.
  • Promote independence and encourage people to make their own choices.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals.

Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an Enhanced DBS with barred list check.
