Support Worker

Pay Rate: £13.18 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Flexible Monday-Sunday | 3x 8-hour shifts
Location: Norfolk, PE38

Home Care Direct is looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA) or Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, person-centred support and help someone enjoy the routines, hobbies, and activities that matter most to her.

About the Person You Will Support

Our client is a lady who lives with complex neurological disorders and epilepsy. She enjoys socialising and spending time out in the community. Her interests include visiting local places, gardening, and crafts. She also volunteers at her local hospital.

About You

  • Full UK driving licence essential - Must be 21 plus for insurance purposes
  • Previous care experience preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of seizures essential
  • Non-smoker preferred
  • Reliable, flexible, and positive in your approach
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Passionate about making a genuine difference
