About the role
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them to live life their way.
- You’ll support people to build confidence, develop independence, learn new skills, access their community by taking part in activities, and do the things that matter most to them.
- No two days are the same, so if you enjoy variety and want a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, this could be the perfect opportunity.
- We’re committed to supporting our colleagues through regular check-ins, supervision, training, and ongoing communication, so you’ll feel supported both personally and professionally.
- No previous social care experience is required, as full training will be provided.

What we're looking for
- Commitment to empowering people
- Kind, respectful, and patient approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence to remain calm in difficult situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins on a rota
- Full UK manual driving licence preferred
