Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Support Worker

We're looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Support Worker to join our Supported Housing Delivery Team.

About The Role

You'll support vulnerable people experiencing mental ill health in their own homes and out in the community to promote independence. You'll record keep and complete support plans and risk assessments ensuring support is person centred.

About You

  • You should have some experience of supporting vulnerable adults and promoting their independence to help them to achieve personal goals.
  • You'll have an allocated caseload of clients who you will support in their own home and out in the community.
  • You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload and diary and be comfortable lone working.
  • You'll need experience in support planning, record keeping, risk assessments and be competent with ICT equipment.

Key Details

  • Support Worker - Permanent role
  • Salary is £26,856 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,405 per annum
  • Location: Gosforth
  • Regular travel will be required across North Tyneside
  • 37 hours per week with agile working
