Full time: 37.5 hours

St Andrew’s is a charity specialising in complex mental health. Its mission is to help people with complex mental health needs transform their lives.

With its history dating back nearly two centuries, St Andrew’s today is undergoing significant change to deliver on its mission for years to come.

St Andrew’s has hospitals in Birmingham and Essex, with its base in Northampton. It delivers inpatient and outpatient services, as well as dedicated care services for adults.

Winslow was developed to provide enhanced care for individuals with complex presentations and behaviours that may challenge, who are transitioning away from secure hospital care to a community setting. It comprises six self-contained residential apartments offering independent living within a community-based environment. With an emphasis on sustainable living and vocational skills development, our aim is to enable each service user to transition to successful community living.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
