Support Worker (Adults) – Shift-Based Contract
Location: Ball Tree Croft, BN15 9UX
Rate: £17.26 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Shift-Based
Contract: Ongoing
Pay: Bi-weekly
Summary
We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Support Workers to join our team, providing essential care to adults in a residential setting. This role is vital in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing through high-quality, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized support to adults with diverse needs.
- Encourage independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Assist with daily living activities and adhere to individual care plans.
- Foster positive and professional relationships with service users.
- Keep accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate access to community activities and opportunities as needed.

Essential Requirements
- Experience in Adult Social Care, Supported Living, Residential Care, or similar environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of vulnerable adults.
- Willingness to complete the full compliance process before starting.
Essential Compliance

- Enhanced DBS (issued within the last 12 months)
- DBS Disclosure Certificate
- Right to Work documentation
- Proof of UK eligibility to work
- Complete 5-year written references (with verified employment gaps)
- Comprehensive employment history
- Verification of all necessary qualifications, registrations, and licenses
- Completed Criminal Convictions Declaration
