Support Worker - Make a Real Difference

Location: Atherton
Service: Bee Fold Lane 3L
Hours: 36 hours per week Full Time
Pay: £12.71 - Raising to £13.21 (Higher rate applicable once trained and signed off as competent in tracheostomy and ventilation care)
No experience? No problem! Full training is provided, including specialist training in tracheostomy and ventilation care.
At Bee Fold Lane, it is a warm, friendly 10-bed nursing home in a peaceful residential area of Atherton.
We support adults with complex health needs, including acquired brain injuries, providing care that is personal, respectful, and built around each individual.
Our home is bright, welcoming, and homely, with spacious dining and activity areas and nutritious home-cooked meals prepared in our fully equipped kitchen.

- Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans.
- Support with personal care, medication, activities, and physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Listen to and respect the choices and preferences of the people we support.
- Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns.
- Support the Service Manager with complaints or concerns when required.
- Help create a safe, caring, and positive environment.
