Hours: Part-time and full-time hours available

Hourly Rate: £12.81 (Days) £13.61/hr (Nights) (Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime)

At Rowan Court, we’re looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Day and Night Support Workers to join our friendly and close-knit team. Join Rowan Court and help make every day and night a safe, supportive and positive experience for the people who call it home.

Set in a beautiful location overlooking the stunning Holme Valley, Rowan Court is a welcoming 15-bed community home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The Role

As a Support Worker at Rowan Court, whether you work days or nights, we will expect you to:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support.
  • Promote choice, independence and dignity.
  • Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required.
  • Encourage participation in home and community life.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support and their families.
  • Work collaboratively within a dedicated and passionate team committed to delivering outstanding care.
