At Sycamores, we're looking for caring, compassionate and dedicated people to join our friendly team as Support Workers.

Sycamores is a cosy, welcoming eight-bedroom home supporting adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex needs. The home is fully accessible and offers a calm, homely environment where the people we support can feel safe, happy and valued.

Each resident has their own en-suite bedroom, with shared living spaces, sensory facilities and outdoor areas that create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

What makes Sycamores special is not just the home itself, but the people within it. We have a close, supportive team who work together to create meaningful experiences, encourage independence and ensure the people we support enjoy fulfilling lives. Whether it's enjoying activities at home, getting involved in the local community, or simply sharing everyday moments, no two days are the same.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
