Hourly Rate: £12.81/hr (Days) and £13.61/hr (Nights) plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and Overtime

Willow Court is a specialist, nineteen-bedroom nursing-led home based on Hollybank Trust’s beautiful Mirfield campus. The service supports adults with a wide range of complex health and medical needs and offers outstanding facilities, including communal living spaces and a large sensory room. Residents enjoy a varied programme of activities both within the home and out in the community.
At Willow Court, we’re looking for compassionate and committed Day Support Workers and Night Support Workers to join our specialist nursing-led team, supporting adults with complex health needs and profound disabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with complex disabilities and health needs.
As a member of the Willow Court team you will:
- Support people with their daily routines and personal care
- Build meaningful relationships and promote independence
- Assist with activities, hobbies, and community experiences
- Support individuals with communication and wellbeing needs
- Work closely with nurses and wider healthcare professionals
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging home environment
- Ensure every individual receives compassionate, dignified support tailored to their needs

Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy.
We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
