What You’ll Do
- Support people 1:1 in their homes and local community
- Provide personal care
- Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
- Encourage social participation and independence
- Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.
This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.
What We’re Looking For
Experience is not essential — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
- A great listener and communicator
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to build trusting relationships
- Comfortable working independently
You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to drive both automatic & manual vehicles
- Access to your own car would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
