We are seeking skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support to individuals with various needs, including physical, emotional, and social. Your duties will include assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication and meal preparation, as well as promoting independence and helping those we support to live fulfilled lives.
We're looking for caring people with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Previous experience in a caring role is helpful but not required as we are looking for people with different backgrounds and the right values with full training given to successful candidates.

Apply to be a Home Care Support Worker today: £12.71 per hour
We operate 7 days a week from 7am until 10pm and have full and part-time positions available for drivers and those that cycle or walk. We value our staff and want staff to be supported and motivated when helping those we support. We believe that a healthy work-life balance is key to achieving this, which is why our team have every other weekend off and 3 days off one week and 4 days off the next. Our staff have a fulfilling experience working for us and we see training as a part of this.
