Priory Supported Living Whitby and Scarborough has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.

Priory Supported Living Whitby and Scarborough provide supported living services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions, and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability, or mental health needs. Our specialist support enables people to live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes within their community.
What you'll be doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to help the people we support live as independently as possible and enjoy the things that matter to them. Your role could include:
- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing
- Supporting people to access the local community, appointments, and activities
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Following individual support plans and maintaining accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues, families, and other professionals
- Encouraging and supporting people to achieve their personal goals
