Compassionate Home Care Support Worker Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker. This rewarding position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Details:

  • Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (6 hours per day)
  • Position Type: Permanent, Part-time (18 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes
  • Support daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands
  • Engage clients in social activities and companionship
  • Monitor and report changes in client's condition
  • Administer medication as directed (if qualified)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Reliable transportation
